Baking: Disney Dip Cookies

I just used a quick basic recipe, if you need one you can find mine and the instructions along with it over on my Tsum Tsum Cookies post.

On top of the cookie mix and a Mickey shaped cutter or guide, you will need a small bar of white chocolate, some red chocolate melts (or more white chocolate mixed with red food colouring), a small ramekin and a couple of cocktail sticks.

First up, prepare your cookie mix and bake those cookies!

Then pour some chocolate melts into your small ramekin, fill it quite deep, you'll want it to stay deep enough to dip your cookies into once they melt!

Dip your cookies!
You can also use a cocktail stick here to make a bow for Minnie with the left over red chocolate.

Allow the chocolate to start setting - it wont take long.
Then melt your white chocolate. Only melt the white chocolate a few squares at a time as you don't want the chocolate to start setting before you finished decorating your cookies!

Use your other cocktail stick to add the details with the melted white chocolate.

Enjoy!
