Step One -
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Grease baking trays
Step Two -
Cream together the sugar and margarine.
Step Three -
Mix in the egg.
Step Four -
Mix in the flour gradually.
Step 5 -
Flour your surface and roll out half of the dough.
Step 6 -
Cut out your shapes and place them onto your greased baking tray.
Step 7 -
Bake at 180ºC for 8-10min.
Step 8 -
Remove from tray and allow to cool.
Step 9 -
Prepare your first set of icing by mixing icing sugar, cocoa powder and water together (sorry, no measurements, its a trial and error thing!).
Your first lot needs to be stiff.
Put the stiff icing into a piping bag with a writing nozzle.
Step 10 -
Pipe an outline on your cookie for where you want the chocolate icing to be (the black parts of a Mickey Tsum Tsum) and leave to one side.
Step 11 -
Make another set of icing in the same way, but add more water, this icing needs to be runny but not watery.
Put this icing into another piping bag with a writing nozzle.
Step 12 -
Fill the icing outline with the filling icing, remember its a lot runnier so it will come out fast!
You can use a cocktail stick to spread the icing into any missed gaps.
Step 13 -
Enjoy!
