Baking: Chocolate Presents




What You'll Need:

A Gift Box Chocolate Mould
Chocolate Melts
Small Candies/Sweets
Decorating Brushes


Step One -
Prepare your equipment


Step Two -

Melt the colour chocolate melts you want to use for the ribbon details.


Step Three -

Use a decorating brush to paint the melted chocolate into the ribbon grooves.


Step Four -

Melt the other colour melts.


Step Five -

Spoon the melted chocolate into the boxes until they are around half full.


Step Six -

Tap the tray onto the bench before slowly pressing the other half of the mould into it.
Refrigerate for around 15min, follow up with 2min in the freezer.


Step Seven -

Remove from the moulds and fill with treats!
You can also melt the edges on a warm baking tray to allow you to seal the presents shut.
