Day Four - DLP at Christmas 2016
Our final day! We were up at 6:30am and down for breakfast for around 7:30am, we took it pretty slow this morning as it was going to be a long day! We'd booked the last flight home.
Once we got to Extra Magic Hours it was around 8:15am so we used our time wisely to have three games on Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast! I won every time, of course!
We then bought a couple of new Christmas decorations before heading back to the hotel to finish packing and checkout. We dropped our bags off into bag storage and headed back to Disneyland Park around 11am.
We picked up a hot chocolate and Nutella muffin and took our place on Main Street to watch the Christmas parade one last time!
I hope Max and Duffy are still there next year too!
We headed to Cafe Hyperion to share a lunch as we'd be getting food again before we head off to the airport in a few hours. One of the screens were missing!
We headed back on Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast as we were in the area and then over to the Christmas Shop in the Castle again just incase the Chip & Dale ornament was back in stock, but sadly, it wasn't. WE wanted to go see the Dragon but that was closed so we headed off to Adventureland and had two rides on Pirates of the Caribbean, the second time we were in the front row! The only time we got that row this entire trip!
We then headed off for our final rides of the trip - Phantom Manor and It's A Small World, we then headed out to Disney Village to get something to eat before heading back to the hotel to pick up our cases and catch the Magical Shuttle to the airport.
We finally made it home around 11pm so I quickly got sorted and went to bed ready for a hospital appointment and work the next day!
