Household Disney

Image
I wanted to take today's post to show you some of the little bits of Disney in my home! As you all know, we kind of like Disney, a lot! So it shows in our house. Please excuse the non-Disney bits. The house needs a fair bit of work doing to it before we can decorate properly hence the bare walls waiting to be plastered and the carpet that still has an iron shaped hole in it from when my fiancé's mother let him play with a hot iron when he was a toddler! World of Color blanket - Disney's California Adventure Cushion - Amazon Disney Kitchen roll - You can pick this up in places like Herons. Disney fruit bowl - Disney Store UK Cookie Jar - Disney Store US Salt & Pepper Shakers - Engagement Gift from my Nan Calendar - Disneyland Paris Oven Glove - Disneyland California Bed Set, Stitch Cushions & Tsum - Disney Store UK Mickey & Minnie Plushes - Arcade Prizes We also have a Disn

Disney Store Wish List

Image
It's been a while since my last  Disney Store Wish List  post so I thought I ought to write up a new one! I was searching through the website anyway as my birthday is coming up and these are just a few of the things I really want (but maybe don't need) and don't really have anywhere for at the moment. Mickey Mouse Light Grey Lambswool Cushion £165 This cushion is so cute! But with the price tag standing at £165 it's not really a cushion i'd buy online - for that price i'd want to see it in person and make sure its worth the money! Mickey Mouse Serving Platter (DLP Tribal) £13 Mickey Mouse Mug (DLP Tribal) £12.99 Mickey Mouse Bowl (DLP Tribal) £15 These three are all part of the Disneyland Paris Tribal collection and I really would love the entire set for our house! We're going to Disneyland Paris soon so i'll be checking them out in person and if they're as amazing as they look online i'll probably order th

Disney Floral & Gifts Review

Image
Back when we first visited Walt Disney World in 2014 we both ended up ordering each other special gifts and treats to our hotel room through Disney Floral & Gifts . We visited in September, in between our first engagement anniversary and our 9th anniversary of being together so that is probably how we both came up with the idea!  My order totalled $99.14 and contained Mickey's Kool Snack , Haribo Gold Bears, Sweet on You , Happy Anniversary Balloon, Mickey Ears Balloon and a pack of Main Street Caramel Popcorn. He ordered a special pack including two personalised towels, balloons, a personalised basket to hold everything, and I light up Sorcerer Mickey plush! There were more things in the basket but he no longer has the invoice email so we can't see what he ordered or how much it cost! They both arrived on the same day, the items I ordered were put into the room early afternoon and then the basket he ordered came in the evening - I think

X-Men: Apocalypse Review

Image
On Wednesday night my fiancé and I went to see X-Men: Apocalypse, here is his review! X-Men: Apocalypse The superhero movies are coming in thick and fast this year, with this offering coming straight after the new Captain America movie. The movie sets the scene well, introducing us to Apocalypse as he is transferring himself to another (mutant) body to live eternally and absorb the mutants powers. Just as this is happening, he is betrayed by his people who send his pyramid plummeting and him into an eternal sleep as the sunlight can not reach the peak to complete the transformation. Fast forward to 1983 and Apocalypse is awakened, finding a young Storm and amplifying her powers, recruiting her as a member of his 'four horsemen' he also connects to a TV and apparently that's enough for him to learn everything. He then recruits three more mutants, including Magneto, who he teaches to use his power to feel the metal in the ground and control the earth

Funko Pop Wishlist

Image
I'm not really collecting POP! vinyls anymore, but there are still a few that I would really like to add to my collection. Here are the top 5 I want right now, i've already stopped myself buying two of them from the Disney Store because i'm supposed to be on a spending ban! Our local arcade has some of the Toy Story POP! figures as ticket prizes, but up to now i've not seen Hamm in the prize cabinet, keep your fingers crossed for me please! The 30 Disney Questions Tag

Image
1) Favourite Character Oh this is a hard one to start off with! I have a few that I love equally - Stitch, that lovable blue alien Chip & Dale, because you can't have one without the other and Max Goof, because he's just the right mix of Goof and cool 2) Favourite Princess Not really a Princess fan, sorry! So lets just say Vanellope, she's technically a Princess! 3) Favourite Heroine Kim Possible! 4) Favourite Prince Not really a Prince fan, sorry! 5) Favourite Hero Iron Man (technically is Disney now!) 6) Favourite Animal Chip & Dale 7) Favourite Villain Hades. Hercules was one of my favourite films as a child and Hades was the Villain who popped into my head when I read out this question. :) 9) Favourite Original Character (Mickey & Friends) This has to be Mickey! 10) Favourite Love Song  A Whole New World - Aladdin 11) Favourite Song I Just Can't Wait To Be King - The Lion King 12) F

What I Bought From Hot Topic

Image
Stitch Disney Tradition This is the main reason I ordered from Hot Topic this time round - i've been looking for this Stitch Tradition for quite a while but all of the ones I found were on eBay for around £90, so I was really surprised to find it available for $49.50! I just couldn't resist ordering it, and because the shipping charges are high for one item, I searched through the website so see what else I could pick up this time round. Stitch Undies! Who could resist buying these though? UP! Badge I wasn't really looking for badges or anything UP! themed but this popped up while I was searching through the Disney section of the Hot Topic website but once I saw it I knew I had to add it to my basket! I feel like it just fits me, and this blog so well! Thats all this time round, just a small order! I don't think i'll be ordering again anytime soon unless its either half price postage, they have something in that I really want and can'
