Baking: Matchmaker Cookies



Ingredients:

200g Self Raising Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100g Butter/Margarine
1 Egg
Matchmakers



Step One -

Cream together the margarine and sugar.


Step Two -

Add the egg and mix well.


Step Three -

Add the flour and broken up pieces of matchmaker gradually and mix well.


Step Four -

Form the dough and roll out onto a floured surface.


Step Five -

Cut out the cookies and place onto a greased or lined baking tray.


Step Six -

Bake in the centre of the oven for 8-10min at 180ºC


Step Seven -

Enjoy!
