Naruto and Pokémon Anime Cookies!

Image
Back in December I ordered three new cookie cutters from StarCookies on Etsy, and I really could have ordered a lot more from their store but thought i'd just get three to try out first. When they arrived I was really happy with the quality of the cutters, but after using them I felt a little let down as the dough wouldn't come out of the cutters and theres not enough room to push the dough out from the other side. The face would get stuck on the Naruto cutters and on the Pikachu cutter the ears always got stuck in the cutter and detached from the rest of the cookie dough. Our Disney Traditions Collection

Image
A while ago I came across the Disney Traditions Collection post on Tea Is A Wish Your Heart Makes and I thought I would share some of my collection with you all. Its not all of it - we do have some Christmas themed traditions and another Stitch tradition but they're in storage at the moment. Please excuse the photos as I took them all when we had really bad weather so the light was terrible! This is one of my personal favourite Traditions, not really because of the design, but because I picked up this Statue of Liberty Minnie while on a trip to New York with my Mam last year so it has some good memories attached to it. I think this is one of the first traditions we picked up for the house, we bought it not long after seeing Monsters University - I have a real urge to watch that now! This one was a gift from my fiancé, I can't help but smile when I look at this one. Mickey's expression is just too cute. I love anything Sorcerer Mickey

Monthly Meow

Image
I'm cheating a little with this month's Monthly Meow as this was actually taken on Christmas day! It's when Tim opened up her stocking and found this catnip sack toy, which quickly took over as her new favourite toy and the catnip banana has since been made redundant! What's in my bag? ~ Backpack Edition

Image
Ok, so this isn't my first 'What's in my bag?' post, but I can't help it - I have a lot of bags and use them all for different things, so they generally stay packed until I need them. Today i'm going to show you my current general day backpack. Right now i'm using the Mickey Mouse Disney x Vans backpack, I usually use an oldskool backpack like the one I use as handluggage but the one I was using as my general backpack started to get holes on around the time this one was released, so I guess it was fate that brought me and this backpack together. Theres a little Danbo dangling on the zip, we picked him up in Tokyo and he's just so cute. Close up of the three pins I have on my backpack. We got the Hipster Mickey and Tomorrowland Pins [This one has been stolen since writing this post :(] in Disneyland Paris and I ordered the Valentines Stitch from the UK Disney Store along with the Guardians of the Galaxy Tsums. We picked up

The Bridges Shopping Centre Competition!

Image
Earlier this month The Bridges Shopping Centre in Sunderland had a competition on Twitter - basically the same as the Metro Centre competition from last year. And guess what? I won! So now i'm the proud owner of this lovely Mickey Mouse cuddly. Big thanks to The Bridges for running this competition! Follow this blog on BlogLovin' Like us on Facebook

Zoolander 2 Film Review

Image
Last night it was my fiancé's turn to pick the movie, and he chose Zoolander 2, i've not seen the first one so as always he's written the review for you all. Zoolander 2 (also known as 2oolander apparently) is a comedy movie in a similar outrageous vein to its predecessor: incredibly stupid male model Derek Zoolander and his friend Hansel have to do some ridiculous things. This movie is absolutely packed with celebrity cameos, from Justin Bieber, Sting, Tommy Hilfiger, Katy Perry, Neil deGrasse Tyson are the tip of the iceberg. The movie will probably not be as funny to people who haven't seen the original movie, some of the jokes are references to things which never happened in the previous movie, such as Hansel and Sting, if you remember the main reference to Sting in the first movie "Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music he's created over the years, I don't really listen to it, but the fact that he's making

New Tsum Tsum - Star Wars

Image
I had to get up early for this one, it sold out pretty quick! I'm not really a Star Wars fan so this set is my fiancé's - and notice I was the one who had to get up and order them! Nanoblock: Tokyo Disney Resort: Disney Resort Line

Image
It's time for yet another Nanoblock building update! This is one of our two bigger sets (the other one is the castle, but we're saving that for later!) and it took quite a while to put together! Although that could be because I fell apart on step two of the train and left my fiancé to finish building it! I really like how this one turned out, theres even a clear brick with Disney written across it somewhere on the rail. Follow this blog on BlogLovin' Like us on Facebook

New Funko POP! Figures - February 2016

Image
Now, I know this goes completely against the spending ban but I just had to have the Bob's Burgers POP! figures. I bought myself Bob and Tina at the beginning of the month, taking advantage of my Amazon Prime subscription which meant that they arrived the very next day! I was at work of course, but I just love coming home on a night after a long shift to find a parcel waiting for me. I've had a couple of problems with Tina not standing up though and the paint jobs are pretty bad on both of these so I felt pretty let down when they arrived. I still love them though! Holiday Planning

Image
PRAGUE So, after having six holidays last year, you didn't think I could cope just having one this year, did you? Last month we booked up for Prague for the middle of March and it's about time we did some planning!  We're only there for a few days so we've only really looked at going to a few attractions so far, including: Old Town St. Vitus Cathedral Prague Zoo Prague Castle Mala Strana But we're not quite far along with planning enough to know how to get to any of these places or to have any tickets prebooked or anything yet. I've never been to Prague before and my fiancé has only visited while on tour when he was in a band so neither of us really know how much Czech Koruna we'll need for our trip. I'm going to change, probably around £300 and from what i've seen online, I might actually come back with money. We're planning on picking up a Prague Card before our visit to cover our transport and entry into a few attra

What I bought in Japan

Image
I never got around to posting a Japan Haul post because I put everything away before I could take a photo of it all! At the moment i'm going through a lot of my stuff and seeing what I want to keep, eBay or throw away so when I find things from Japan i'm going to post little 'What I bought in Japan' posts so I thought I'd start with the things I found in one of the drawers under my bed. Neko Atsume Keyring Naruto/Boruto Phone Case I picked up this phone case while we were visiting Osaka. I bought it from the Naruto Exhibition and I can't say for sure but I think it may have been exclusive to the event like much of the merchandise was. This case shows Naruto with his son Boruto and father Minato. The Boruto movie started in Japanese cinemas half way through our trip to Japan and we just didn't get time to see it and we were on holiday when it was aired in the UK so we've got to wait for the UK DVD release now!
