Japan - Day 10 - Nakano & Odaiba

We got quite a late start today, we were planning on having a pretty slow day today anyway, so we headed off for an early lunch around 10:30am and hunted down a Burger King (what? Ya'll know its my favourite place to eat!) and we actually managed to order a plain burger here! - in Japan, basically if its not on the menu, you're not getting it, but thanks to BK having the same packaging system everywhere in the world, a quick photo of a wrapper from the UK got me the best meal I had on this trip! We also did this in Barcelona too, it makes it so much easier if you want a special order but maybe the staff don't understand because of the language barrier.

After lunch we caught the train to Nakano to finally visit Nakano Broadway - another one we missed last year. Although if i'm honest, we spent more time in arcades here than we actually did looking around the shops! We may have gone a little overboard in Disney so we knew we'd be running low on space, despite having taken a third case for the things we were planning on buying!

There was one more main thing we were heading to Nakano for, and that is... the 8 layered icecream from Daily Chico! This place wasn't too difficult to find, but eating all of that icecream before it melted onto the floor was definitely challenging!

We then headed out to get the train over to Daiba, and we arrived just in time to watch the last day time show at Gundam Front!

After the show we headed into DiverCity to do some shopping - we got a lovely matching set of tshirts from Vans here and then ended up in a Disney Store (not The) and bought so much cute stuff, and had to stop ourselves from buying a lot more. The stuff in this shop was amazing, they had everything from Stitch umbrellas to linkable dancing figures!

We then headed over to AquaCity to do a little more shopping. We didn't visit this mall last year but they had The Disney Store and Tiger, so it was a definite must this time round! We got some dinner at Burger King and as we were sitting we noticed someone carrying a little cat around! So cute, and it turns out, just next door to the food court there was a cat shop! We looked at the kittens and then picked up a few Disney Cat items for my little monster as I was away during his birthday.

We then took some photographs around the area as it was getting dark, and then headed over to the night showing at Gundam Front. At some point during this time I was bitten another 6 times by mosquitos!

We headed back to the train station after the show and picked up some milkshakes from McDonalds opposite Ikebukuro station before heading back to our hotel to get some sleep!
