Tomorrowland Review

Last night my fiancé and I went to the cinema to see Tomorrowland, I wasn't too sure how much i'd like this movie, the trailer was interesting but I just still wasn't convinced that this movie would be exceptional.

I was wrong, I absolutely loved this movie, so much that waiting for the train home the first thing I did was search eBay for a Tomorrowland pin. I haven't ordered one, yet, but at least I know I can get one within two days!

I'm not much of a review writer, so i'll just say this: go see it, make up your own mind on this movie. It has a very motivational storyline, for creative people anyway. And its kickstarted my 'productive year' back up, since watching it i've set some new plans and goals.

As I just mentioned, i'm not much of a review writer, so here is my fiancé's review.

"Tomorrowland is a sci-fi movie in which a girl called Casey is the only person who can save the world. She is given a pin which gives her a vision of Tomorrowland and implores her to find out more about it, leading her to Frank who reluctantly takes her to Tomorrowland on a space ship.

Once there she discovers the world is doomed to catastrophe and the only thing which has a chance of saving it is her will not to accept its fate. She comes up with a plan to save the world when she realises that what she has seen is not what will happen but only what could (and is likely to) happen, hypothesising that knowing that this could happen draws people to believe it and, as such, makes it inevitable.

I've tried not to give too much away as there is a lot more to the story than just this, Hugh Laurie's performance as the sarcastic bad guy is particularly a highlight."
