Disneyland Paris - Day 2

Up early this morning! We managed to make it down to breakfast just after 7am! I found the breakfast at the Hotel New York disappointing, and as they didn't have any smooth orange juice I never went back, opting for crisps and coke in the room and a extra half an hour of sleep while my fiancé got up early and went down to breakfast every morning.

After breakfast we went straight down to Disneyland Parc for Extra Magic Hours where we managed to get on Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast twice, and my fiancé went on to Space Mountain while I wandered around the old, neglected part of Discoveryland and took a few photos with Wall E and Eve. Now that i've looked at my notes for what we got done during EMH i'm beginning to think we might not have made it to the parks/breakfast as early as I thought! Once the Park officially opened we headed over onto Les Pays des Contes de Fées and the Casey Jr  ride over in Storybook Land before heading over to Pirates of the Caribbean and Phantom Manor, checking Hakuna Matata was definitely closed on the way!

We then grabbed some lunch at Cafe Hyperion (as always!) before having another ride on Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast followed by Snow White before taking a break with some Ice Cream over at Fantasia Gelati. The portions are way too big!

We then went back on Pirates of the Caribbean before heading back to the hotel for a quick break before coming back for the parade. My fiancé headed to the Hotel shop to pick us up some drinks and came back with a surprise for me - a birthday badge! As we were celebrating my 25th birthday on this trip.

We came back to the parks around 4:30 and camped out our spot on Main Street with some popcorn. I really started to wish we hadn't when I discovered tiny spiders crawling all over everyone and in their hair! Needless to say, we only watched the parade once!

After the parade we headed over to Pirates of the Caribbean before getting lost in Alice's Curious Labyrinth (Video to come soon!, keep checking YouTube!) and having a nice spin on Mad Hatter's Tea Cups before heading to Main Street and Disney Village for more shopping!

We then took a ride on Panoramagique, its the first time my fiancé has been on the one in Paris, he's only been on the one in Florida, and that was in the dark as every time we tried to get on it, it was grounded due to bad weather!

We got a quick bite from McDonald's before heading back to the hotel for an early night as we were planning on getting to EMH for 8 and staying until Park closing at 11 the next day, only to feel something dripping on my elbow as soon as we entered the room!

I thought it was the upstairs room leaving a tap on, but it turned out to be much worse! We had an engineer come up to fix the leak, and when he thought he'd fixed it (it was the air conditioning) he tested out the Air Con again and the water wasn't coming out as a drip anymore, no, it was more like a tap being turned on full power!

He called down to reception and we had to move to the room next door, it wasn't very nice compared to our original room.
