Movie Nights
Standard, but now that the cold weather is coming in, its much more appealing than going out!
You can buy an entire bucket of popcorn from Iceland for £1.75, it'll see you through a big movie marathon or two!
Build a Den/Fort
This one is a fun one. Go back to being the carefree kid you used to be, pull all of the furniture and sheets together to make a cosy fort. Fill it with all of your favourite snacks and put on your favourite movies. Cuddle up and spend the day nice and warm in your fort.
Baking
The weather is horrible but you're in need of a sweet treat, why not bake something together?
From gingerbread men, cookies to cakes, theres so many different things you can bake together. You could even take your baked treats into your fort!
Coffee Shops
You've decided to brave the bad weather, so why not have a little coffee shop date to warm up?
Spend the time talking about your plans and goals for the future and doing a bit of people watching together.
Ice Skating
Yeah, so this is one I probably wouldn't do. I'm still traumatised from my first time ice skating - when I was three!
But, its apparently a fun thing to do together, skating hand in hand to keep each other steady as you go around the rink.
Christmas Lights
Ok, so it's a little bit late for this one, but you could always do it later in the year.
Go to your city's light switch on, or other lighting events (e.g Durham Lumiere, Sunderland Illuminations) and take in all the colours at pieces of art as you stroll along.
