Galaxy Cookie Mix
First preheat your oven to 180ºC and gather up a mixing bowl, microwaveable bowl, baking tray, 2 tablespoons, 25g of butter and a cup of water.
Empty the mix into the bowl and then microwave your butter until it is soft. Make sure it's not hot!
Add the softened butter into the mix and stir well.
Add 1 tbsp of water and mix until it forms a dough (you can add more water if you need to)
Divide the mix into 8 balls and place them onto an ungreased baking tray and flatten them down.
Bake for 12min (or a couple of minutes longer for added crunch!)
Allow to cool and enjoy!
