Chinese New Year, Newcastle 2016



On Valentines Day my fiancé and I headed over to Newcastle's China Town to spend a few hours looking around during the Chinese New Year festivities they put on every year. We didn't get there last year as I couldn't get the time off work but I managed to get time off this year!

It was probably the coldest it's ever been when we've gone to Chinese New Year as it started snowing in the hour or so we were waiting before the Lion Dances even started!

I really enjoyed the day but there was only one downside - my Tomorrowland Pin was stolen from my bag at some point during the festivities!
