Disney's The Jungle Book Cupcake Mix

I'm back again with another baking day post!

This time I'd picked up a Jungle Book cupcake kit while looking around town for bits for my holiday, obviously, cupcakes and suncream go hand in hand..

This kit was around £1, maybe less, and makes 10 cupcakes.
All you need is 1 egg. 1 teaspoon of butter and some water.

It's a really simple, quick and easy cupcake kit so would be ideal for rainy days if you have kids.

You just mix 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 egg and the packet of cake mix all together with an electric whisk.

Separate the mix into the 10 cupcake cases.
And, if you're like me, you'll also get the cake mix everywhere else too!

Stick them in the oven (follow the instructions on the packet) for 12-15min before taking them out and allowing them to cool.

Once the cupcakes are cool, you can get to the fun part - the decorating!

Empty the icing packet into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of water at a time and mix.
You'll want the icing to be spreadable rather than runny.

Spread the icing on your cupcakes and add your Jungle Book decorations before enjoying!

The cakes actually taste pretty nice, but the icing sugar went a little runny and weird after 1 day in a tupperware box so i'm not too sure whats up with that.

Definitely worth baking, the cheap price is good value for the 10 cupcakes you get from this kit.
