Mickey Mouse Cupcakes

Keeping up with my New Year's goals I've done a little bit more baking!

I'm still cheating when it comes to cakes and using packet mix though!

So all you need is:

Cake mix
1 Medium Egg
75ml of Water
12 Cupcake Cases
Cadbury Giant Buttons
Dr Oetker Easy Swirl Chocolate Icing

Mix up your cake batter and then spoon the mixture into your cupcake cases.
Bake as instructed on your packet mix or in your recipe.

Allow to cool before using your easy swirl icing to decorate the cupcakes.

Then add two giant buttons to each cake to make your Mickey/Minnie Mouse cupcakes!

These cupcake cases from Tesco would be ideal for Minnie Mouse cupcakes, but I didn't have anything to use as her bow.

  2. I'll keep checking for your post! :) I don't collect the magazines anymore :( I got the first few but ended up stopping, didn't want a repeat of the Hello Kitty cooking magazine they had - I was subscribed for nearly two years and i've still got half the bowls etc in their original packaging, can't even shift them for 99p on eBay!

Think I might have to have a look at getting the Disney one again though ^_^
