A Day At South Lakes Safari Zoo




Last month my fiancé and I took a day trip over to Lindal-in-Furness to visit the South Lakes Safari Zoo. We've visited the Zoo several times before, my first trip was way back in college - around 9 years ago, back when it was called South Lakes Wild Animal Park and they refused to use the word zoo!


The place has changed a lot over the years, and not necessarily for the better.
They've had a lot of bad press recently but I hope they'll work out their problems and improve on all of their issues.


NGL, I really only go because they have quite a few ring-tailed lemurs and they're the cutest things, there were even several babies out during our trip.
They have a cute little red panda too, but it slept the whole day!
