A Quick Update

It seems as though i've not posted anything in over a month now so I just wanted to post a quick little update to say what i've been up to and whats coming.

So my last travel based posts were about our Disneyland Paris trip way back in August, since then we've spent a weekend in London, two weeks in Florida and had another trip to Disneyland Paris to see the new Christmas shows they've added in this year.
Hopefully i'll get those posts done pretty soon, I probably won't post anything about London as it was mostly a shopping trip, and Florida posts will probably be more compact, I did take notes but fourteen posts about a trip that happened several months ago just isn't going to work out after this much time has passed.
Our Disneyland Paris Christmas trip will probably be written about before Christmas so it fits in with the season.

We currently have Florida and Disneyland Paris videos going up weekly over on YouTube.
You can see our new Florida videos from 12PM on Thursdays and our DLP videos from 12PM on Sundays.

I did plan on doing Blogmas again this year - and I kind of actually planned on doing Vlogmas too, but it just hasn't been possible this year. I kind of don't really feel like myself at the moment, i'm nowhere near as organised as I usually am and have barely even had time to enjoy any Christmas festivities yet this season.
We did go into Sunderland to check out the Christmas Market today, I did expect to be able to post about it too, but sadly, it was around five stalls and a small pizza place. Waste of a day when I could have been at Beamish or Edinburgh or something.

2017

I'll be posting one or two pieces about 2017 and what i've been up to later this month, but for now, here is my 2017 Instagram Best Nine. I've been neglecting my personal Instagram profile this year, with posting daily on the cat's Instagram I tend to spend most of my time logged in over there.

How is the 50 things check list going?

Well, to be honest, I haven't forgotten about the list but with taking seven holidays this year it was just impossible to fit everything in.

2018

As I mentioned further up in this post, i'm nowhere near as organised as I usually am, we don't have a single holiday booked for next year yet - all we have is Sunnycon tickets for June and Wicked tickets for September.

I've recently requested to push back my summer holidays by two weeks so we don't miss the Airshow when we go back to Japan - plus the flights were £150 cheaper per person AND we get to fly premium on the way home. Fingers crossed we can get this sorted out quickly!

We are planning on scaling down the amount of holidays we go on next year so we can focus on fixing up our house - maybe i'll blog or vlog the process. We're currently planning on starting with our loft, getting a new, bigger, hatch, some built in ladders and having the whole thing boarded out so we've got more space for storage. Then we can clear out the back room which is where Christmas decorations are having to live at the minute because we have such a tiny loft hatch! Then we can move furniture in there when we get plastering and so on done.

I will be setting a new set of goals and targets for 2018, keep checking back for that post!

Projects

We're currently working on a couple of pretty major projects, so thats taking up a fair amount of our spare time at the minute. Hopefully we'll be able to get those launched early in the new year so we can move onto the next thing.
