Disneyland Paris - Day 2
We had an early start on our first full day, making it down to breakfast not long after 7am, and then heading out to the bus once the park opening announcement came on in the Chuck Wagon.
If you can't tell from our faces in the photograph, it was absolutely freezing! I'm talking thermals, two jumpers, winter coat and you could still feel the cold pretty badly, probably the coldest day we had, it actually snowed when we were on our way to Hakuna Matata for lunch later in the day.
If i'm honest, I really didn't take any notes for our trip as I was planning on writing the posts every night once we got back to the hotel, but it never actually happened. I put all the photographs into the blog posts nightly but never wrote what actually happened during the day, so i'm going to just share all of these photographs with you instead.
I think this was the first time i've ever managed to convince my fiancé to have his photograph taken trying to pull the sword from the stone.
Wall E & Eve are a must visit on my trips now, last trip we couldn't get a good photograph of them because of the work going on on Cafe Hyperion but all that maintenance work is over now.
My lunch at Hakuna Matata, it was only open on the Monday and Tuesday and I really wish I'd known that before we went as it really is the nicest meal I ever get in Disneyland. We're planning on going back during summer for the 25th anniversary so hopefully it'll be open more often then, and it'll also sort of be my 25th birthday trip, although i'll be 26 then, as I couldn't get the time off work for my actual 25th birthday and theres a lot of maintenance work going on up until the 25th anniversary.
We saw the Christmas Parade for a third and fourth time, and it was only our second day in the parks!
